Pre-ETS & Career Transition

Preparing for life after high school involves more than choosing a career. It can include discovering interests and strengths, learning about the workplace, developing practical skills, understanding available options, and learning to speak up for yourself.

The Learning Library includes resources related to Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and other career and transition topics. These resources may support areas such as career exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, and transition planning.

Students can use these materials to explore ideas and build knowledge, while parents, educators, and professionals may also find resources that support their work with young people.

Technology & Creative Learning

Technology is part of many areas of modern life, education, and work. The Learning Library provides a place to explore practical digital skills as well as creative ways to use technology.

Topics may include software instruction, digital design, web development, digital publishing, artificial intelligence, and other digital skills. Examples of subjects that may appear in the library include Inkscape, WordPress, Markdown, PowerShell, Calibre, and AI image generation.

The goal is not simply to introduce tools, but to provide clear instructional information that helps people understand what they can do with them.
